RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Non-Personalized Items

We accept returns of eligible non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, contact us at mamacodesigns23@gmail.com before sending the item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Personalized and Custom Items

Because personalized and custom products are made specifically for you, they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.

Please carefully review all names, spelling, capitalization, colors, sizes, dates, and other customization details before placing your order. We cannot replace or refund products made using information entered incorrectly by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect because of an error on our part, contact us within 3 days of delivery at mamacodesigns23@gmail.com. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of ordering. We cannot guarantee cancellation once materials have been cut, engraved, embroidered, printed, or otherwise placed into production.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on approved non-personalized returns. If an item was damaged, defective, or made incorrectly by Mama & Co Designs, we will provide instructions for resolving the issue at no additional cost.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting an approved return. If accepted, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order was damaged, defective, or incorrect because of our error. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
